The Valency research skills are multi-step workflows that sit on top of the Valency Bond™ tools. Each one is a prescribed chain of tool calls, not a single search. Most platform guides install them alongside the MCP connection; this page is for installing the workflows by themselves.

Install

npx skills@latest add valency-oss/valency-connectors

Toggle Valency Skills to select or clear all of them, or pick individual ones.

`profile`	Build a picture of a researcher: their publications, research areas, and collaborators
`landscape`	Get an overview of a field: its key players, subdomains, and shape
`similar`	Explore the neighborhood around a paper you already know
`trends`	See how a topic's publication volume has moved over time, or compare two fields
`network`	Map who a researcher works with, and how their focus has diverged from their collaborators
`reading-list`	Assemble a curated bibliography for a researcher's interests
`fresh-collaborators`	Find people a researcher should be talking to but isn't yet

The slash-command prefix varies by host. Some namespace it as /valency:profile, and others expose the skill name on its own. Natural language works either way.

Select the Valency skills you want to uninstall.
