Before reporting, check Troubleshooting — most problems have a known fix.
What to include
Section titled “What to include”When reporting a problem, tell us:
- Platform: Claude.ai, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or API
- Step: Which step it failed on
- What you saw: Error message, blank screen, unexpected behavior
- Screenshot: If possible
