Reporting Issues

When reporting a problem, tell us:

  • Platform: Claude.ai, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or API
  • Step: Which step it failed on
  • What you saw: Error message, blank screen, unexpected behavior
  • Screenshot: If possible
  1. Server status: Check labs.valency.io/health
  2. Account: Verify you’ve signed up at onboard.valency.io/onboard
  3. Client ID: Confirm you’re using FslW0nVE1JMNobe1wQEsTr7bIwhZTi89

Sign-in doesn’t work

  • You may not have a Valency account yet
  • Try a different browser or clear cookies

No tools appear

  • Refresh the page or restart the app
  • Check that the MCP server URL is correct

No results returned

  • The server may be temporarily down
  • Try a simpler search query
