- Platform: Claude.ai, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or API
- Step: Which step it failed on
- What you saw: Error message, blank screen, unexpected behavior
- Screenshot: If possible

Quick checks before reporting

- Account: Verify you’ve signed up at onboard.valency.io/onboard

Common issues
Section titled “Common issues”Sign-in doesn’t work
- You may not have a Valency account yet
- Try a different browser or clear cookies
No tools appear
- Refresh the page or restart the app
- Check that the MCP server URL is correct
No results returned
- The server may be temporarily down
- Try a simpler search query
