# Reporting Issues

> How to report problems with MCP Bond.

Before reporting, check [Troubleshooting](https://docs.valency.io/help/troubleshooting.md). Most problems have a known fix.

## What to include

When reporting a problem, tell us:

- **Platform**: Claude.ai, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, ChatGPT, ChatGPT Desktop (incl. Codex), Codex CLI, VS Code, GitHub Copilot CLI, Antigravity CLI, Grok Build, Kiro, another MCP client, or the API
- **Step**: Which step it failed on
- **What you saw**: Error message, blank screen, unexpected behavior
- **Screenshot**: If possible
