# Kiro IDE

The one-click installer adds Valency to your Kiro IDE user profile across workspaces.

## Troubleshooting

**The link did not open Kiro?** Click **Open in Kiro** on the landing page. Your browser may ask permission to open the app.

**Valency says Unauthenticated or Connection Failed?** Click **Authenticate** or **Retry** beside `valency` under Kiro's **MCP Servers**. If Kiro was waiting on browser consent, finish that sign-in and retry.

**The agent cannot see Valency's tools?** Confirm that **MCP Servers** shows `valency Connected`, then start a new Kiro chat and ask it to call `list_sources`.
